Our Areas of Focus for 2008:

Building/Location: God has blessed us with a great location. We need to complete phase 1 improvements in drainage, signage and other cosmetic improvements and then build out  the master plan as funding is available.   Compassion/Justice: Our congregation is filled with individuals who havea heart for service.  We need to continue active efforts to find our kingdom niche in ministries that tangibly bring Good News to the marginalized and oppressed. Discipleship: We desire to nurture an environment where people can grow in relationship with Jesus. This includes a variety of equipping and empowering strategies.   Outreach: We desire to reach pre-Christians and unchurched Christians with the Good News  to stimulate their commitment to Jesus through The Journey or another Christian church.      Sunday Worship: The corporate worship experience is a high value.  We need to continue to make the quality of all the elements of Sunday morning (preaching, music, hospitality, kids, etc.) a high priority.
